Sewing double thickness leather on the Cowboy CB-4500. The sewing needle is size 200 and the sewing thread is white 346 polyester. The leather backing is latigo leather that is tanned for endurance and sweat from the horse the saddle is mounted on. The top layer of leather is 13 to 15 ounce saddle skirting.
